A menu with French and Asian influences: lobster salad, caramelized pork belly with crispy kale, and a story-driven dessert created as a tribute to Clara, the film’s protagonist.

Alex Petricean, a former MasterChef finalist trained in top restaurants around the world such as El Celler de Can Roca and Geranium, is the chef and founder of restaurant Noua. He champions a creative cuisine focused on refined techniques and storytelling through the plate.
